Starting at 59,650 dollars: Lexus releases pricing for the RZ 450e

The carmaker’s first fully electric vehicle will start at 59,650 dollars, including a 1,150 dollar destination charge. Buyers can choose from two trim levels: premium and luxury. The latter starts at a price of $65,150 and includes 20-inch aluminium alloy wheels and multicolour ambient lighting with shadow illumination.

Further options include the cold weather package, a digital review mirror and an illuminated front badge. The RZ 450e is powered by 150/80 dual motors, delivering 313 horsepower. The 71.4 kWh battery pack allows for a range of up to 220 miles (354 kilometres).

The car can be reserved online since the end of April. The first units are to be delivered this year.

Meanwhile, Lexus also announced that it will work with ChargePoint and Qmerit in the US to offer RZ 450e customers home chargers, installation services, and a vast network of public charging EV stations.
