Audi SQ8 e-tron now available for order in the UK

Audi’s new high-performance, high-specification flagship model SQ8 e-tron is now available for purchase in the UK at prices starting from £97,500 (OTR).

As the flagship offering within the new Q8 e-tron model lineup, the S version is fitted with a triple electric motor setup as standard that develops 370 kW and 973 Nm of torque. Both SUV and Sportback body styles of the SQ8 e-tron are available in the ‘Black Edition’ and ‘Vorsprung’ versions.

Both the SQ8 e-tron and SQ8 Sportback e-tron feature a 106kWh (net) battery that allows for a range of up to 276 miles (WLTP), while the SUV variant can reach up to 269 miles. Charging can be done on an 11 kW AC connection from 0-100% in about 11hr 30s, while a 170 kW DC connection can charge from 10-80% in 31 minutes.

The Audi SQ8 e-tron and SQ8 e-tron Sportback with the triple electric motor setup are now on sale in the United States and are expected to arrive in showrooms in the fourth quarter of 2023. The 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron starts at $89,800, the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback is priced at $92,600.

The three-electric-motor variant affords 94 more horsepower and 309 Nm more torque than the standard 2024 Q8 e-tron. The drivetrain offers improved acceleration performance, along with improved dynamics and traction capabilities thanks to standard electric torque vectoring. The additional rear motor also increases the SQ8 e-tron’’s peak output to 370 kW and 973 Nm of torque. In its boost mode, the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds.
