Polestar 4 goes on sale in the USA
As announced, the Polestar 4 production for North America is planned to take place in Busan, South Korea, this summer. The first customer deliveries in North America are then expected to start in the autumn of 2025. In Europe, the first vehicles were delivered to customers in the summer of 2024. Sales of the new Polestar model will be conducted via Volvo’s dealership network.
In terms of specifications, the Polestar 4’s standard equipment includes a ‘Pilot Pack’, which covers Pilot Assist and Lane Change Assist and all versions benefit from 20-inch Aero alloy wheels, panoramic glass roof, adaptive cruise control, 360 parking camera with 3D view, energy saving heat pump, 11 kW AC charging, e-latch doors, power operated tailgate with soft close, wireless phone charging, digital key for Apple devices, and 8-way electrically adjustable driver seat and 6-way adjustment for the passenger seat.
An optional ‘Plus Pack’ further includes a head-up display, automatically dimmed exterior mirrors, 12-way electrically adjustable seats with manual leg extension, electronic reclinable rear seats, as well as a list of other cosmetic and comfort features.

In terms of technical specifications, the Polestar 4 is capable of going up to 300 miles on a single charge with the single motor setup, and can accelerate from 0-60 mph in either 6.9 or 3.2 seconds, depending on the setup. The dual motor variant accelerates faster, but features only 270 miles of range. All models feature the same 100 kWh battery, which can be charged at capacities up to 200 kW. A destination charge of $1,400 is also included for all models.
