GM declares Bolt battery problems solved
The long-running battery problems with the Chevrolet Bolt have finally been resolved, according to General Motors. Production of the batteries has resumed, according to the company. Battery modules to replace defective ones should be available from October.

…would have been the correct approach for James Bell, Head of Consumer Affairs at GM, when being asked about the Bolt. Instead he announced that the EV will be in showrooms in 2016. However, the GM management was quick to deny such plans, saying that “James made a simple mistake after a long day of interviews.”
