ICCT study shows PHEV fuel consumption has risen

Fraunhofer ISI and the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) have analysed extensive data on the real-world use of 9,000 plug-in hybrids from all over Europe. The core result: The fuel consumption of PHEVs is on average significantly higher than the official test cycles.

Fraunhofer studies European truck charging

Fraunhofer ISI has analysed the GPS coordinates of around 400,000 trucks from seven manufacturers in operation across Europe. The result is meant to help governments and infrastructure operators set priorities for the installation of charging points for electric trucks.
