Tesla raises Model 3 charge capacity to 200 kW

Tesla presents CCS adapters for Model S & X

Tesla is now offering the promised CCS adapters for Model S and Model X. The Tesla website for Germany states that all models manufactured since 1 May have the necessary on-board electrical equipment to be charged via a CCS adapter on CCS charging stations.

Tesla Superchargers charging with up to 150 kW

Tesla is getting more capacity out of their second generation superchargers with a little more power than previously known. An increase in power from 120 kW to 145 kW was announced in March, but a spokesperson has now said that the upgrade will even enable 150 kW peak power.

Tesla releases production and delivery numbers

Tesla delivered around 63,000 vehicles in the first quarter of 2019, including around 50,900 Model 3 and 12,100 Model S and Model X. This corresponds to an increase of 110 per cent compared to the same quarter last year. Compared to the last quarter of 2018, however, this represents a decline of 31 per cent.
