EV sales in the U.S. and Norway.

Only 2,7 percent was the market share of electric and hybrid vehicles in the first quarter of this year in the USA. That is just a fraction higher than in 04/2011, when EVs like the Volt and Leaf made their first market entry, claiming a share of 2.5 percent. Across the pond, things look a little different. In Norway, the 50,000 EV has been sold as expected. The Model S will thus be the last subsidised EV for now, if the parliament does not decide to continue its highly successful incentive programme next month.
