Study tip: A new report by the National Research Council (NRC) is looking at the reasons for slow EV uptake. Recommendations to spur sales include the standardisation of charging equipment, access and payment as well increasing consumer awareness. The report also agrees with president Obama who wants to transform the federal tax credit into a point-of-sale rebate.
