Albuquerque cancels electric bus order
The biggest city of the US state of New Mexico has cancelled an order with BYD for the delivery of electric buses, citing technical problems, which they say could not be solved even after an inspection.
Instead, the state capital will purchase combustion models from a US manufacturer. BYD has denied the technical issues and believes the background for the decision to be politically motivated.
