RV concept for Tesla Semi revealed
The design company Vanlifer has come up with a novel idea to just use a Telsa semi-trailer truck as the basis for an electric mobile home. With Tesla’s self-driving functions this home could make coming home a matter of staying put and pressing buttons.
While the comfort of the new vehicle is estimated to be in the extreme, with self-driving capacities and a range of 500 miles, the concept does not have a price tag beyond the $180,000 for the Tesla Semi itself. The designer states that once the serial Semi is available, it will become apparent whether the RV concept can be set up on a production scale.
