An end to an electric scooter lawsuit

At one point during the electric scooter plagiarism dispute between Piaggio and Kumpan Electric, the Italian manufacturer Piaggio had a Kumpan trade show stand confiscated by police.

Now the European Intellectual Property Office has ruled in favour of Kumpan, stating that the model 1954 Ri has enough features that distinguish it from scooters from other suppliers.
