Teslas burning, arson suspected
On the premises of a Tesla branch in the Swedish city of Malmö, a fire destroyed seven or eight Tesla electric cars. The fire department is currently assuming arson, as they identified several sources of ignition.
Swedish media reported that the fire covered different places on an area of 300-400 m², and the fire department has a “hard time believing that it wasn’t started by an arsonist”. The firefighting effort was focused on burning vehicles closer to the building, and the fire department managed to prevent the fire from spreading to the buildings.
