Tesla recall continues to expand

Tesla has to repair over 800,000 cars because of a fault in the seat belt function. The reason is that the acoustic reminder to fasten the seat belt fails under certain circumstances. As with most Tesla recalls, the problem will be taken care of via a software update.
Recently, Tesla already had to rectify over 50,000 of its electric cars equipped with the beta software “Full Self-Driving” because it did not completely stop the car at stop signs.
