Allstar partners with Fastned in the UK
In the UK, Allstar has partnered with Fastned to enable business drivers using the Allstar One Electric solution to find, charge and pay at Fastned’s network of high-power chargers across Britain.
The partnership will see the number of fast charge points in Allstar’s network increase to over 6,000, taking the total number of charge points accessible through the Allstar network to over 11,000 at more than 4,000 locations across the UK. According to the charging provider, 94 per cent of these are “fast, rapid, and ultra-rapid” chargers.
Commenting on the partnership, Tom Rowlands Fleetcor Managing Director, Global EV Solutions, including UK brand Allstar, said: “We’re excited to partner with Fastned to expand our EV charging network. The company is a leading player in the European fast-charging market, and their high-powered chargers will provide our drivers with even more convenient and reliable charging options across the UK.”
Allstar says the deal with Fastned follows their recent partnerships with Evyve, Fuuse and InstaVolt. Last year Allstar joined forces with Allego. Allstar says more networks are soon to be added.
