In California, USA, 42 electric school buses and an EV charging infrastructure will be deployed with a project from InCharge Energy, Creative Bus Sales and IC Bus. The project has now been approved by the Moreno Valley Unified School District (MVUSD).

Navistar’s school bus brand IC Bus has delivered its first electric CE Series school buses to Canada. The buses are part of an order for 18 type C electric school buses that British Columbia School Districts placed in late 2020.

Navistar has teamed up with Volkswagen Truck&Bus for their subsidiary IC Bus. The latter now presents the chargE, an all-electric school bus. It will be offered in the USA and can carry a whole load of kids for almost 200 km on one charge.
