UPS Flight Forward to purchase 10 electric VTOLs

UPS subsidiary Flight Forward announces it will procure ten vertical take-off and landing, electric airlifters from US manufacturer Beta Technologies. The agreement also includes an option to procure 150 additional eVTOLs.

HyPoint reveals aviation fuel cell prototype

US hydrogen engineering firm HyPoint has unveiled the first working prototype of its air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell for electric aircraft. The Californian startup plans to start selling the fuel cells to aerospace and eVTOL customers as early as 2022.

The Munich-based German startup Lilium has published new images of its all-electric Lilium jet on the occasion of the now completed first phase of flight tests.
