The Portuguese company Efacec, which is active in the field of electromobility as a charging infrastructure manufacturer, has a new owner. The investment company Mutares, headquartered in Munich, has taken over Efacec from the Portuguese state as part of a reprivatization process initiated at the end of 2022.
