PEV sales Europe vs. USA.

A total of 9,326 pure electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles were sold across Europe in January. That is some 40 percent more than in the U.S., where 6,087 plug-ins were sold. Moreover, the increase in total sales of PEVs compared to January of last year was much greater in Europe (83 percent).
