Misleading or mislead?

A Volvo V60 plug-in was recently sited at a Tesla Supercharger. Surely, he left with an empty battery, but the question remains – why was he there? Did he not realize that he couldn’t plug in there, or is he working for Volvo, looking to link up with Tesla for Supercharger access?
