Elon’s Tesla generates additional capital
Elon Musks’ Tesla is known as one of the biggest players in the electric vehicle market and a big innovator. Now, according to Bloomberg, Tesla has freed up a whopping 546 Million dollars through the sale of bonds.
This primarily concerns so-called Asset Backed Securities, bonds which are backed by leasing payments from Tesla vehicles. At the same time, rumors about the possible release date of the new Tesla Model Y keep circulating: A source from the supply industry has revealed that the production for Model Y may begin on the 1st of March, 2020.
Tesla has made headlines recently with the construction of massive battery parks, as well as the continued work on the Mars mission with private space-faring company SpaceX. It seems Tesla is planning to continue to innovate and will reveal a fresh innovation some time soon!
