Combustion nostalgia for noise pollution

Škoda has created an artificial warning sound for its plug-in hybrids. In contrast to the futuristic sounds of other manufacturers, the VW brand is more – well – traditional.

The Škoda sound imitates a combustion engine and sounds like a computer game from the last millennium. Hopefully, Škoda engineers have something more modern in store for the purely electric models.
