Porsche reveals revamped Panamera
Porsche presents the extensively revised Panamera, for which a further plug-in hybrid version is also available: The Panamera 4S E-Hybrid supplements the PHEV range with a completely new drive system with 412 kW (560 hp) system power.
Thanks to optimized cells, the battery’s gross capacity has been increased from 14.1 to 17.9 kWh compared to the previous hybrid models, and the driving modes have been optimized with a view to more effective energy utilization. According to Porsche, the Panamera 4S E-Hybrid has a purely electric range of up to 54 km to WLTP EAER City, a boost of 30 per cent compared to previous models.
Torque is also said to have improved by 50 Nm from the previous iteration, making for a maximum of 750 Nm. Acceleration from 0 – 100 kph can be done in 3.7 seconds, while the top speed is set at 298 kph. The new Porsche Panamera can be ordered immediately and will be available at dealerships in mid-October.
