Porsche launches US recall for the Taycan

Porsche is recalling 11,827 examples of its Taycan electric model in the USA. The reason is a problem with the emergency braking software, which can lead to the automatic hazard warning lights being activated even in non-emergency situations.

This could confuse other road users and increase the risk of accidents. This is not the first recall for the Porsche Taycan: A few months ago, there was already a global recall for the electric car due to a possible software-related shutdown of the drive while driving.
