EU considers tariffs on China-made hybrids

The European Commission will debate the introduction of special tariffs on hybrid vehicles imported from China, similar to those on pure electric cars. While Chinese OEMs may soon be able to circumvent these tariffs by committing to minimum prices, integrating hybrids into the EU's anti-dumping policy would multiply the affected goods.
