The EU states have cleared the way to postpone EV tariffs between the UK and the EU, which were due to come into force on 1 January 2024, by three years. The EU Commission had already proposed the move a few weeks ago and announced additional funding of up to three billion euros for the expansion of the battery industry in the EU.
