Following the conversion of the plant in Ingersoll, the Zevo 600 will be produced there with immediate effect and the Zevo 400 from the end of 2023. General Motors will start producing electric vans at its plant in Ingersoll, Canada, later this year. Construction of the BrightDrop electric van is scheduled to begin there at the end of December. Light pickup production and a third shift will be introduced at the Oshawa assembly plant.

The US fleet management company Merchants Fleet has placed another large order for electric delivery vans with the General Motors brand BrightDrop. Having already ordered 12,600 EV600s, Merchants Fleet is now ordering 5,400 of the recently unveiled smaller EV410 offshoot.
