e.GO Moove gets street approval

The first People Mover from e.GO Moove has now been given street approval for public road use from the end of December 2020. This means that the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) has certified.GO Moove GmbH as a vehicle manufacturer.

The joint venture e.GO Moove presents the cargo version of the e.GO Mover, which was specially designed for delivery services and tradespeople. In addition to the electric drive, the e.GO Mover will also optionally feature a compact fuel cell range extender.

e.GO presents series version of e.GO Life in Geneva

German electric mobility-Startup e.GO Mobile, that just struck a deal with VW for the MEB platform, is currently presenting the series model of their regular e.GO Life in Geneva. The small electric car will go into series production in the company’s new plant in Aachen.

ZF and e.Go form e.Go Moove JV for electric vans

German supplier ZF and Aachen-based startup e.Go Mobile, that also worked with DP/DHL on the StreetScooter, have set up their planned joint venture e.Go Moove to produce electric vans from 2019. ZF is careful not to rival existing clients but is hoping for fast synergies and autonomous tech trials.

e.Go Mobile working with Microsoft cloud

e.Go Mobile, the startup based in Germany’s EV hotspot Aachen, has come to Hannover to present its digitisation strategy. Based on the Microsoft cloud Azure, e.Go Digital is to help the firm’s electric autonomous mini bus to move smartly through urban traffic.
