Wanxiang buys Fisker plant: As part of their acquisition of the Fisker assets, an affiliate of Wanxiang America completed the purchase of Fisker’s Delaware plant. The property was sold for 18 million dollars, the same amount Fisker paid for it in 2010. Wanxiang is still deliberating whether it will use the facility for mass production.
