Nissan to acquire stake in Renault’s Ampere
Nissan will acquire a stake in Ampere, the future independent electric car division of Renault Group. This is the result of an agreement between the two companies, which is still subject to the approval of the respective supervisory boards.

Fabrice Cambolive to take over as CEO at Renault

Renault & CEA to develop new bidirectional charger
Renault Group and the French Commissariat for Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies CEA are jointly developing a bidirectional charger with very high efficiency for electric vehicles. The new charger is meant to be used in Renault’s production models by the end of the decade.

Kamaz to make EVs branded Moskvich

Renault’s Mobilize has announced plans for a network of ultra-fast charging hubs in Europe. Mobilize Fast Charge will comprise 200 sites with six charge points, each adding up to 1,200 plugs. Mobilize will rely on Renault dealers located near motorways for locations.

Renault & Minth to build battery factory in France
