Rather than opening the market, Jaguar edges in on Tesla
In order to achieve better I-Pace sales in the USA, Jaguar is offering the ‘Tesla Conquest’ incentive that provides an additional $3,000 rebate for Tesla owners who buy an I-Pace.
There maybe two main reasons to make electric vehicles: Saving the planet is one, and of course, the pursuit of profit is another. It seems the second reason isn’t going so well for Jaguar. Having given up on converting ICE drivers before they even started, Jaguar’s bites at Tesla’s heels.
