Hyundai Motor UK has launched a new all-in-one monthly subscription service for its line-up of hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric models.
The service, titled ‘Hyundai Mocean’ offers access to Hyundai’s complete electrified model range, in return for one monthly fee to cover all major motoring costs. The subscription starts from £339 per month and runs from a minimum of three months up to 24 months. Hyundai writes that the focus lies “on delivering a sign-up and drive process that takes just a few clicks”.
The fully digital process allows customers to choose their preferred car and how long they want it for, enter their details and, pending approval, a car will be delivered to them within days. Alternatively, users can choose to pick their car up from a local Hyundai retailer. All regular motoring costs are covered in the subscription, including insurance, roadside assistance, road tax, and maintenance and repairs. It also allows customers to switch up to a different vehicle after a 6 month period.
