Public transport operator RATP has taken 149 Bolloré electric buses from service in Paris as a precautionary measure after a bus burst into flames on Friday – the second time in a month.

RATP has requested a comprehensive assessment from Bolloré to determine the causes of these incidents and propose an action plan to safely return these electric buses to service.
