Chargemap & Allego team up on charging in the EU

French platform for charging locations and services Chargemap is cooperating with Allego. As part of this collaboration, Chargemap will update its app with real-time information about Allego’s charging stations.

Electric car and van drivers will be able to charge at all publicly accessible charging stations on the Allego network, check their availability in real-time and integrate them into the Chargemap route planner.

Allego and Chargemap have said they also want to work on optimising their offers for site owners and managers as part of their newly formed partnership but have not yet revealed further information.

Allego was founded in 2014 and is now one of Europe’s largest charging station providers founded. The company says it operates a pan-European network with approximately 34,000 public charging points. Chargemap offers access to more than 500,000 charging points in Europe from over 800 different operators.
