100 Hyundai electric cars for UK building supplies firm
UK building materials supplier Nicholls & Clarke is going to include nearly 100 electric cars from Hyundai in its fleet. The Ioniq 5s and Ionic 6 electric vehicles will be the company’s first EVs.
The company says its managers and sales representatives will drive Ioniq 5s, while employees at the director level will also have the option of choosing the Ioniq 6. The Ioniq 6 recently won the Best EV Compact Executive Car at the 2023 Great British Fleet Awards.
Tim White, head of fleets at Hyundai Motor UK, said, “Nicholls & Clarke is a company that has a well-earned reputation for providing quality products, and we are delighted it has chosen to lower the emissions of its vehicle fleet with our Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6.”
“It’s further proof that our exciting line-up of cars and Hyundai Business model are proving really attractive for customers,” he explained.
The first Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 models have already been delivered, with more to follow shortly.
