FedEx Office trials Ford E-Transit vans in nine US markets

In the USA, FedEx subsidiary FedEx Office is piloting ten Ford E-Transit vans across its SameDay City network, which is the company’s local shipping option. The Ford E-Transit vehicles are being tested in nine markets coast-to-coast to assess performance in different road and weather conditions.

Speedy acquires 150 Ford E-Transit vans

UK construction equipment and services provider Speedy is adding 150 new electric vans to its fleet. The firm has ordered 100 Ford E-Transit models (4.25 t class) and 50 E-Transit vans (3.5 t class) to replace ICE models. The 150 units will make up over ten per cent of Speedy’s 1,100-strong commercial fleet.

United Rentals purchase 530 EVs from Ford

The US company United Rentals has signed an agreement with Ford Pro to purchase 530 all-electric vehicles for its North American rental and corporate fleets. This involves 500 F-150 Lightning pickup trucks and 30 E-Transit vans.
