Swedish charging specialist CTEK is cooperating with Stockholm Parkering to install more than 1,000 EV charging points in the new 18,000 square metres ‘Norra Stationsparken’ car park in Hagastaden on the outskirts of Stockholm.
Sweden’s CTEK and Monta have teamed up to support businesses wanting to install EV chargers in the UK. Together they will help to install, manage, and monetise company EV charge points and offer a complete package.
Sweden’s CTEK, an early maker of battery management solutions, and Brighton-based EVC announced a new partnership to supply EV charging equipment and services in the UK. The order includes 100,000 units which EVC apparently wants to roll-out for free.
Tesla battery for the home: Tesla´s plans to not only power cars but also households seems to become more concrete. CEO Elon Musk said that the design for the in-home battery has been completed and that production could be launched in the coming six months. Inductive deals, take 1: Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE wants to invest some 3.5 billion yuan (560 million dollars) in inductive charging technologies until 2016. Apparently, deals with over 20 Chinese cities to provide the technology for public transportation have already been made.
