Amazon has announced expanding its UK e-cargo bike fleet with the launch of three more micromobility hubs in Manchester and London. This is part of the online giant’s one-billion-euro initiative to decarbonise logistics in Europe.

ESB launches e-bike sharing pilot in Dublin
Irish energy supplier ESB has launched an e-bike pilot project in Dublin called ESB eBikes. The trial will run for ten months and includes 112 bikes with 14 charging stations in some of Dublin’s busiest commuter locations. ESB also won experienced partners.

Honda announces a dedicated micro-mobility business called Striemo Inc. The new venture has already designed the first product, a three-wheeled scooter of the same name. The kickscooter features a special balance assist mechanism for more stable riding.

Bolt Technology launches longer-range kickscooter Bolt 5
Bolt Technology has taken the veil off its latest e-scooter, Bolt 5. Plans will see the Estonian company roll out 20,000 new scooters in European cities in the coming months. LA targets 100% electric vehicles by 2050
Los Angeles Mayor, Eric Garcetti has just introduced a target for the eradication of CO2 emissions in all transport, housing, industrial and governmental applications by 2050. By 2025, electric vehicles in the city shall increase by 25% and 80% by 2035.
