Mitie reaches 30% electric fleet target early
The British facility service provider Mitie has reached the target of converting 30 per cent of its fleet to electric vehicles three months earlier than planned. As a result, the target has now been raised to 35 per cent by the end of March 2022.

Mitie orders 655 Vivaro-e from Vauxhall
The British facility service provider Mitie has ordered 655 Vivaro-e from Vauxhall. The first example of this large order has already been handed over to Mitie and is already the 1,000th electric vehicle in the company’s fleet.

Mitie completes fleet electrification target ahead of schedule
UK-based facilities management and services company Mitie now has over 750 EVs in their fleet, well above its 20% by 2020 target. On average, Mitie is now adding 75 new electric cars and vans to its fleet every month, as well as expanding their chargepoint collaborations.

British corporations plan switch to electric fleets
The major British energy companies Centrica and SSE have joined the Climate Group’s EV100 initiative together with facility service provider Mitie. This commits them to electrifying all their vehicle fleets by 2030. This involves a total of around 21,000 vehicles.

UK: Mitie sign Clean Van Commitment to electrify fleet
British outsourcing firm Mitie has signed the Clean Van Commitment, thus promising to ensure 20% of its small van and car fleet is electric within the next two years. With Mitie joining the initiative, hundreds of electric vehicles will take to the roads.
