English bus manufacturer Mellor presented its new all-electric Sigma 8 bus for the first time at EuroBus Expo. The midi bus can transport 54 passengers with 27 seated places and standing room.

The English bus manufacturer Mellor has entered into a sales partnership for its battery-electric buses in Germany and Austria. The Hamburg-based company Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions will take over the sales and service of Mellor’s electric buses in both countries.

Mellor presents series of BEV buses
The English bus manufacturer Mellor has presented a new battery-electric bus family. The Sigma range comprises six models with lengths from seven to twelve metres and a total of over 20 variants. The components for the new Sigma buses come from CATL, Webasto, ZF, Dana and Ventura, among others.
