Hyzon & HongYun sign leasing agreement in China
US manufacturer Hyzon Motors has signed a memorandum of understanding with logistics and leasing group Shanghai Hydrogen HongYun Automotive for the purchase of 500 fuel cell trucks. The initial order of 100 is expected to be placed this year.
Hyzon to develop fuel cell garbage trucks for Superior Pak
Hydrogen fuel cell truck developer Hyzon Motors has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Superior Pak, an Australian manufacturer of waste handling equipment, to develop and supply up to 20 refuse collection vehicles in 2022. The news comes on the day of Hyzon going public.
Hytrucks to deploy 1000 H2 trucks by 2025
A consortium called HyTrucks has been formed by Hyzon Motors, Air Liquide and DATS 24 along with the ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Duisburg. Hytrucks has pledged to deploy 1,000 H2 trucks and 25 H2 refuelling stations by 2025.
Hyzon signs MoU for FCEV production in Saudi Arabia
Hyzon Motors plans to build an assembly plant in Saudi Arabia with the local industrial conglomerate Modern Group. The plant is to be built in the city of Neom in the northwest of the country and will have an annual capacity for the assembly of up to 10,000 FC commercial vehicles.

The US developer of fuel cell commercial vehicles Hyzon Motors has announced the Hyzon Zero Carbon Alliance. The new coalition of companies from different sectors aims to advance hydrogen mobility worldwide and is headed by Australian Claire Johnson.
Hyzon starts production of 15 FCEVs for Groningen
The US manufacturer Hyzon Motors has started production of 15 FC vehicles for delivery to the Dutch city of Groningen. The delivery of the first vehicles is planned for the third quarter of 2021. The remaining vehicles are to follow by the end of the year.
Hyzon Motors goes public via merger
The US commercial fuel cell vehicle developer Hyzon Motors has announced a merger with the Nasdaq-listed Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation. This merger is also about a quick IPO as has often been apparent in rapidly growing electric mobility companies lately.
