The new Citroën C4 which PSA presented in June together with its all-electric offshoot ë-C4 is available to order in France with immediate effect. Prices for the all-electric variant start from 28,600 euros after subsidies.

Citroën ë-Jumper to launch this year

Citroën continues to electrify their commercial vehicles and has announced the launch of the ë-Jumper this year. Following the smaller ë-Jumpy (and its passenger van counterpart, the ë-Spacetourer), the large van will now be available as an electric version.

First images of the Citroën ë-C4

Citroën has published first pictures of the new C4 and its purely electric offshoot ë-C4. The new C4 shares only the name with its predecessors, the French company have said goodbye to the classic compact car. Information about the technology of the ë-C4 is not yet available.

Citroën has officially opened the order books for the new C5 Aircross plug-in hybrid in the UK. It is being offering it in two grades named the Flair and Flair Plus. Pricing starts at £35,340 and £36,815 respectively. Customer deliveries will begin in mid-2020.

Peugeot is planning electrified 308 variant

Peugeot will also electrify the new 308. As CEO Jean-Philippe Imparato revealed in an interview, the French carmaker is planning to launch a plug-in hybrid version, while a purely electric version could follow later. Peugeot also wants to become increasingly electric with other models.

PSA: Saragossa plant to include battery pack assembly

Paris: PSA will also launch electric car sharing service

After Renault, PSA will now also set up an electric vehicle sharing fleet to replace to EV sharing programme Autolib in Paris. Under the Free2Move brand, the company will launch a fleet of 550 Peugeot iOn and Citroën C-Zero electric vehicles on the 3rd of December for short term rentals.
