Hyundai-Tucson-FCVFuel-cell competition: According to The Korean Herald, Hyundai will cut the price of its Tucson FCV to be able to compete with Toyota’s Mirai. Hyundai recently informed Gwangju City, which wants to buy another ten units of the FCV, of its internal decision to cut the car price. How much the price will drop has not yet been revealed.

Iran’s first electric car was unveiled on Sunday and carmaker Diar Khodro kicked off trial production of ‘Sabrina.’ According to TehranTimes, the company plans to build 42,500 units per year. The car looks a lot like a Mercedes B-class, and is most likely licensed from Chinese BAIC BC301Z.

A whopping 10,000 electric buses could enter Taiwan’s roads over the next ten years, according to government plans. To start with, 430 units are planned for 2015.
