Hubject Inc., a U.S. subsidy of German roaming joint venture Hubject created back in autumn, teams up with Volta Charging. It is the first cooperation it set up in the States.

In a next step, the U.S.-based charging net of Volta will be connected to Hubject’s platform intercharge. Afterwards, these charging stations get visible in navigation systems of more than 60 electic mobility service providers worldwide, among them major OEMs such as Mercedes, Porsche and BMW.

Volta operates charging stations in markets such as Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix and Hawaii. The company claims to have provided 15.7m electric miles and more than 1m charging processes since its creation.

Super. Volta is my favorite location to charge. They have some great places in the greater Phoenix area and keep expanding.
