Intercharge network integrates French charge point operators
Hubject’s Intercharge network is now part of the French Advenir programme. By joining this programme, French charging point operators will be able to register with the Intercharge eRoaming network. The aim of the cooperation agreement is to attract more French electric mobility players.
South Korea’s Charzin enables eRoaming overseas
The South Korean EV charging provider Charzin has joined Hubject’s e-roaming platform intercharge to enable subscribers to use their cards in the US and Europe. Hubject also provides Plug&Charge services to European EVs sold in Korea.
Hubject adds 48 HPC parks in Scandinavia
Hubject has entered into a cooperation with ultra-fast charging venture Scandinavia ApS. The 48 fast charging parks of the joint venture belonging to E.On and Clever in Denmark, Norway and Sweden will be connected to Hubject’s EV charging platform intercharge.
Hubject announces new version of the OICP
Hubject has released the latest version 2.3 of the Open InterCharge Protocol (OICP). Partners of the roaming network ‘intercharge’ can now start the implementation. Via API interface the protocol connects 250,000 charging points and more than 750 companies in 43 countries.
NEXT-E charging network to work with Hubject
The EU project NEXT-E with 252 fast-charging stations will soon be connected to Hubject’s eRoaming platform Intercharge. This involves 222 fast chargers with 50 kW and 30 HPC stations with 150 to 350 kW charging capacity in seven Eastern European countries.
Hubject & Enel X streamline charging payments
Hubject has selected Enel X Financial Services, a subsidiary of Enel X, to provide financial services for payments between charging point operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (EMPs) on its Intercharge eRoaming platform.
Enel X participating in Hubject joint venture
The energy group Enel X is investing a strategic 12.5 per cent in Hubject. By joining the joint venture, Enel X will be able to extend the interoperability of its European network beyond the 8,000 public charging points currently available to its customers.
Hubject releases OICP as open source
Hubject has turned their Open InterCharge Protocol (OICP) into an open source protocol to facilitate connectivity with their popular roaming platform. In addition to publishing OICP, Hubject will also allow connection to the platform via other roaming protocols.
Chargemap joins Hubject’s intercharge network
The Alsatian E-Mobility startup Chargemap is cooperating with Hubject to move outside of France as well. As of the coming summer, EV drivers who use the Chargemap charging solution can use any intercharge charging station in the world.
Hubject integrates charging network of département Yonne
Hubject has entered into a cooperation with SPIE CityNetworks and ‘Syndicat Départemental d’Énergies’ of the district Yonne (SDEY) to integrate their EV charging offerings. SDEY’s and SPIE’s charging stations may now be used by anybody signed up to Hubject’s intercharge.
