The French car manufacturer PSA has selected a partner for the installation of charging stations for all its brands in each European country. The recommended companies offer charging solutions for business customers as well as for consumers in single or multiple family homes.

PSA wants to create a simple “one-stop-shop” solution for its customers, with the entire process going through the dealer. The French have chosen EVBox, Delta Electronics, Enel X, Pod Point and Juice Technology as preferred partners for charging solutions and have named an installation partner for each country individually. In Germany PSA will be cooperating with inno2grid, in Austria PSA is working with Alpiq.

According to a statement from the PSA Group, in the future, customers can expect charging solutions approved by PSA (available as accessories), an online audit in which customers can confirm the feasibility of the installation, the installation of charging stations by qualified specialists, and call centre and customer service.

“Providing a seamless journey to all our B2B and B2C customers interested in electric vehicles or plug-in hybrids is a key priority for Groupe PSA,” said Alexandre Guignard, Senior Vice President of the Low Emission Vehicles business unit. “Thanks to these partnerships, our customers will have access to a dedicated service for the purchase and installation of their charging stations, as well as for the associated administrative formalities and subsidy claims”.
