EVBox Group to equip Bridgestone sites with EV chargers

Bridgestone has made a deal with EVBox to install EV charging stations across the tire specialist’s retail network in the next five years. The partners plan 3,500 AC and DC charge points in France and Italy before expanding into the UK, Germany, Poland, Spain, and other European countries.

EVBox installs charging systems with Kingspan

EVBox Group will supply Kingspan with just over 60 AC and DC charging stations to help the building materials manufacturer convert its corporate fleet to electric vehicles. The installation project will begin in the UK and Ireland before expanding to other regions.

Daimler Trucks partners with CATL, Shell, Siemens, Engie & EVBox

CATL will supply batteries for the production version of the announced Mercedes-Benz eActros LongHaul from 2024 onwards. Daimler’s commercial vehicle division has also entered into its own collaborations with Engie, EVBox, Siemens Smart Infrastructure for EV infrastructure and Shell for fuel cell truck infrastructure.

EVBox & ON Power expand Iceland charging network

EVBox Group is cooperating with Icelandic utility ON Power to build charging infrastructure in Iceland. The duo has already installed 136 public EVBox charging points at 28 locations in and around the capital Reykjavik. Another 84 charging points are to follow in the coming months.

EVBox charge points to be used by Q-Park in the UK

Dutch charging infrastructure manufacturer EVBox has announced that 500 of its charging points will be installed at car parks in the UK. These will be supplied by the UK charging station operator Franklin Energy to the car park operator Q-Park.

EVBox has signed a new deal with the British company YourParkingSpace to enable EV drivers to pre-book park and charge spaces across the country. YourParkingSpace also intends to set-up more EVBox charging spaces at Atlas Hotel sites across the UK.

EVBox selects TSG as sales & service partner in 30 countries

EVBox has entered into a sales and service partnership with the TSG Group from France. The service provider will offer charging solutions including installation and on-site services for the Dutch company in 30 countries across greater Europe. The two companies already have a partnership in the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Croatia.

NL: Unilever Innovation Center to get 124 charging points

EVBox partner Hollander Techniek has installed 124 charging points on the campus of Wageningen University in the Netherlands. The charging point each have an output of 11 kW and are meant for guests and employees of Unilever’s Global Foods Innovation Center at the University.

EVBox opens North America HQ near Chicago

EVBox, the Dutch charging infrastructure specialist belonging to the energy group Engie, has signed the lease for its first North American headquarters and production facility in the US state of Illinois. It is located in Libertyville, 65 kilometres north of Chicago.

EVBox opens lab in Amsterdam to test charging tech

In Amsterdam, EVBox has opened what they are calling the Lab Space. Thanks to the new site, the company says it can test all of its future charging stations on actual vehicles. The facility should thus also be home to research and development of new charging technologies.
