Audi brings out PHEV version of the A6 station wagon

Audi is expanding its range of electrified models: Following the A6 saloon, the station wagon version of the Audi A6 is now also being launched as a plug-in hybrid. The new A6 Avant TFSI e quattro offers up to 51 kilometres of electric range in the WLTP cycle with prices starting at 71,940 euros.

Audi to release A6 plug-in hybrid

Audi is expanding its range of electrified models to include the A6 55 TFSI e quattro. However, the plug-in hybrid can only be ordered for the limousine of the popular company car model – from just under 69,000 euros.

Audi to release PHEV versions of A6, A7, A8 and Q5

At the Geneva Motor Show, Audi will present PHEV variants of the A6, A7 Sportback, A8 and Q5 models, all with a minimum electric range of 40 kilometres (WLTP). The new plug-in hybrids will be available for ordering throughout 2019.

Audi A6 with mild-hybridisation across the line

Audi presents the latest A6 and has electrified all engines, mildly. Their mild-hybrid technology utilises a belt alternator starter and a lithium-ion battery, so that the A6 can cruise electrically once it is up to speed.
