Blackstone invests in battery technology production
The Swiss commodities company Blackstone Resources has raised 50 million Swiss francs, the equivalent of 48 million euros, through a partial sale of a subsidiary in its precious metals division. Blackstone plans to use the money to further develop and expand its battery metals and lithium projects.

Blackstone signs LFP supply agreement with IBU-Tec
Blackstone Technology, the German subsidiary of the Swiss commodities company Blackstone Resources, has signed a cooperation agreement with IBU-Tec Advanced Materials. The Weimar-based company is to produce lithium iron phosphate cathode materials for Blackstone on its facilities.

Blackstone aims for 500 MWh production capacity in 2022

Blackstone invest €200M in European cell production
The Swiss raw materials company Blackstone Resources intends to invest 200 million euros in the production of battery cells for electric cars, most likely in Germany. They hope the move will garner subsidies both from the Germans as well as the EU.
