CaetanoBus & Toyota launch branding deal

The Portuguese bus manufacturer CaetanoBus has agreed on a co-branding with Toyota. In future, the logo of the Japanese mobility group will adorn both the battery-electric city bus e.City Gold and the fuel cell bus H2.City Gold from CaetanoBus.

Toyota & Caetano to build fuel cell buses in Europe

Toyota will become a shareholder in Portuguese bus manufacturer CaetanoBus and passenger car financial services provider Finlog through its existing joint venture Toyota Caetano Portugal (TCAP). Through the new alliance, Toyota is entering the development, production and sales of fuel cell buses.

Barcelona orders eight H2 buses from Caetano

Forsee Power delivers batteries to London

The French company Forsee Power will equip 34 electric buses from Portuguese manufacturer CaetanoBus with its battery systems. The buses are to be delivered to London from the first quarter of 2020, where they will serve two electric bus routes.

Carris to order 15 e-buses for Lisbon public transport

The public transport company Carris from the Portuguese capital Lisbon has put out an open order for 15 electric buses and their charging infrastructure. Up to 11.7 million euro are being offered, and bids are being accepted until the 16th of May.
