VinFast wins first US customer for electric cars shown at CES

Not even a week after making its CES debut, VinFast announces its first fleet customer to buy electric cars. Artemis DNA, a biotech company dealing in genetics, has reserved 100 EVs from the Vietnamese company and expects delivery in late 2022 when VinFast will turn into an all-electric car manufacturer.

Blink Charging shows new chargers ready for Plug&Charge at CES

Ree begins testing new commercial EV platform P7

Ree Automotive has begun testing its new P7 modular platform for electric delivery vehicles and walk-in vans in the United States. The Israeli company says it developed P7 based on specifications from one of the world’s largest delivery companies, without disclosing the name.

Walmart joins FedEx in ordering BrightDrop vans (GM)

BrightDrop records more large orders for electric delivery trucks as Walmart signs an agreement to reserve 5,000 units of the EV600s and EV410s. In addition, launch customer FedEx significantly increases its order with the General Motor’s brand.
